Mingqian Tea Industry was founded in Yingde City, Guangdong in 2015. It is a tea enterprise integrating tea planting research and development, base construction, production and processing, sales and tea culture promotion. It focuses on the research and development and production of Yingde black tea - Yinghong No. 9 . Guangdong Yingde is the hometown of black tea in China. The tea industry has a long history of planting, which can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty 1200 years ago. Mingqian Tea Industry inherits the century-old history of tea planting and tea making in Yingde. It has more than 1,000 acres of ecologically planted tea gardens. Origin of Ming Qian

2. Modesty: the hexagram of modesty in the Book of Changes, the hexagram of modesty symbolizes the meaning of humility and retreat.
It is the only one of the sixty-four hexagrams in which every line is auspicious.

3. The combination of tea ceremony and Qiandao is called Ming Qian.

①Fresh leaves inherit the century-old tea-making process to maintain the sweetness and mellowness of each piece of tea

②Wither, select high-quality fresh leaves, try to keep the original physical and chemical properties of fresh leaves

The first purpose of withering is to make fresh leaves lose an appropriate amount of water evenly under certain conditions, so that cell tension is reduced, leaf quality becomes soft, and it is easy to roll into strips. Second, the water is lost, the leaf cells are gradually concentrated, the enzyme activity is enhanced, the grass gas is lost, and the tea fragrance is more concentrated.
③Kneading

Under the action of mechanical force, the withered leaves are curled into strips. Fully destroy the leaf cell tissue, the tea juice overflows, and the polyphenol oxidase in the leaf contacts with polyphenol compounds, and the fermentation is promoted by the action of oxygen in the air. Since the rubbed tea juice is condensed on the surface of the leaves, the concentration of the tea soup is increased when the tea leaves are brewed.
④ Fermentation

The purpose of fermentation is to enhance the activation of enzymes, promote the oxidative condensation of polyphenols, and form the unique quality characteristics of black tea; under suitable environmental conditions, the tea leaves are fully fermented, the green and astringent taste is reduced, and a strong aroma is produced.
⑤Dry

Evaporate the water, develop the aroma, store the hair tea, refine it in batches in time, and ship it quickly to ensure the quality of the tea.
